Shipping policy

We utilize Australia Post as our courier service.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of your items, and will be finalised at checkout.

Our aim is to have your product in your home as soon as possible and we will notify you via email when your product has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number to follow progress. Please understand once shipped, the timing is out of our hands, and delays may occur during peak seasons, or unavoidable events.

 

When returning an item, please be aware you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved.
